Left out tooling like `clamav`, for now, as not really looking to
bootstrap installs with that.
Sandboxes are pretty sufficient a lot of the time (+ setting up
`opensnitch` / some other connection-level firewall).
feat(distro): extend stub arch setup script
Extended hypr configs (only base/example config files without
any themes to this repo for now - pending some polishing/refactoring).
Added stubs for adding soem of my `plymouth` and `sddm` theming to my
dots repo.
Barebones default configurations (pending publication of my 'rice').
Has some basic layout tweaks from the default `hyprland` config
+ some integration of `swaync` into `waybar`.
